I'm being told the product is NOT defective therefore not covered under the warranty case closed literally. The chair seat cracked and totally fell apart writhin 2 months. No leather, not pleather but appears to be a sprayed on product. Getting the run around just like other customers are noting in their reviews. Customer service needed pictures, then a tech was sent out then they tried to say it was due to home use.
